Naturopath - Follow Up: Ongoing Review Long
Follow up session after your post initial review. Time caters for review of 1-2 set of results (e.g. General blood test review & stool test). Allow up to 45 minutes for your appointment

Naturopath - Follow Up: Ongoing Review
This session is for patients who have been seeing Hannah long term and only require brief review sessions. Allow up to 30 minutes for your appointment.

Naturopath - Diet & Nutrition
This session focuses solely on your diet and nutritional status.

We will review your current eating patterns and dietary behaviours, whilst setting realistic, informed goals to improve your overall food intake. Available to new or existing patients. Allow up to 60 minutes for your appointment.

Those wanting to learn more about healthy eating and maximise energy, nutrition and wellbeing. Or those wanting advice on how to eat well and maintain KJ intake with dietary restrictions e.g. those who have been put on antihistamine diet, AIP etc - referrals welcome.

BIA analysis (In clinic), Kilojoule setting to their body (can be done online also) broken down into how that looks in terms of macronutrient distribution, targeted goals in grams of each macro, planning of what that looks like in a day, 2 day meal plan, Dietary principles + option to do a weekly intake on easy diet diary for follow up in depth micronutrient assessment via FoodWorks.

Naturopath - Blood test analysis
This session is designed for individuals who have recently received blood test results and would like them reviewed from a functional and optimal lens. It is suitable for both new and existing patients.

It may be helpful for those seeking a second opinion, those who continue to feel unwell despite being reassured their results are normal, or those interested in exploring a naturopathic approach.

Please note pathology results will need to be sent from you to Hannah prior to your session.

Allow up to 40 minutes for your appointment.
